*theme ingredient must be used in the dish, not just as garnish or "served with"
*one dish per person - couples bring 2 dishes or one of you waits in the car
*recipes must be made available to the group - no secrets
*purchased dishes will shunned and not eaten; penalty by flogging
*members will take turns hosting
*host gets to pick theme ingredient
